About Us

COMING SOON!

TO HOLLYWOOD AND WEST PALM BEACH

We are currently in the process of preparing to open a full-service boarding facility right in the middle of the Fort Lauderdale and Palm beach metro areas, offering 100% full-service boarding to each and every guest. This includes healthy snacks, scheduled one-on-one play daily, indoor and outdoor private play parks, swimming lessons, and basic obedience training classes every week. Whether you’re on a weekend getaway or traveling seasonally abroad for work we are the #1-rated dog trainers in the area now offering the best in available care for your dogs and cats! We can’t wait to grow with you South Florida!

We started investing in pets with Paradise Pup Resort because we love animals and our family was ready for a change from the daily rigamarole!

As pet owners ourselves, we felt that there were insufficient options available to accommodate what we were really looking for while we were traveling as a family. We didn’t like some of the limitations of the more expensive options, and budget offers from inexperienced freelancers didn’t feel safe. We opened Paradise Pup Resort to build up the ways in which we support our current training clients, while extending offerings to others in our community. We cater to pet owners like us who want quality care, within their budget, by professionals who will love and keep our four-legged family members safe. We offer walks, play time, play spaces, training packages and most importantly…lots of love!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why should I choose Paradise Pet Resort over just having a neighbor check in on my pet while I’m away?

-Our pets trust us to make the right decisions for them whether we are at home, work or away on vacation. Leaving them to supervise themselves in your home may lead to common issues like loneliness, destructive behaviors, and unhealthy eating routines. You also run the risk of not having someone available should a health or other emergency arise. It’s always best to have someone available who can care for your animals fully and professionally, whilst meeting their health and emotional needs. In the event of an emergency, you’ll know your pet will receive prompt medical care and when things go as planned, they’ll have a great time, living their best life!

What time are you open?

-We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Doggy daycare is from 8:00am-4:00pm daily, and overnight stays are from 4:00pm to 8:00am. Pups-in-Training programs are by appointment only, and subject to availability. Our drop-off window is from 4:00pm-10:00pm for overnight guests, and pickup is from 6:00am-8:00am, unless previously approved. If you need additional care hours, please contact us to arrange, and we would be happy to help!

Do you offer pickup or dropoff service?

-Right now, pickup and dropoff is limited, but please feel free to contact us to see if we can accomodate your preferred schedule. Fee for pickup and dropoff is based on distance. Pets are transported in a personal vehicle, and must remain securely in a transport kennel during the trip. We hope to offer Paradise Pup Transport via transport van in the near future!

How will my beloved pet get proper exercise while I am away?

-We are located within walking distance of multiple dog parks. Overnight guests will be walked once in the morning and once in the evening, daily in a safe, secure neighborhood setting and doggy daycare guests (including overnight guests staying more than one night) will also take a daily trip to one of the dog parks for socialization, play and exercise. Feline guests will have playtime in Cat City (an alternative designed just for cats).

Which size Pet Suite should I book?

-For most guests, the photo on our booking page will be a great guideline for understanding which suite would be most comfortable for your pet! However, should you desire additional space for bedding, toys, or more movement, here are the total measurements for each suite. Small: 2’x3’, Medium 3’x4’, Large 4’x4’, and Extra Large 4’x6.

I’ve never tried a professional dog trainer. How does it works?

-Dog training with Diego is like having your very own, personal dog-whisperer. First, he seeks to understand and then, to be understood. Working with your dog’s current level of human-pup communication to build on their good habits and remove their unwanted behaviors, he can assist you in building the bond you want with your pup!

What will I need to provide for my pet?

-Pets must be current on all immunizations and in overall good health to participate with the other guests in activities. You will need to provide a copy (paper or emailed) of current health records after booking. If your dog is missing any current immunization, or is sick, they will need to be quarantined. Don’t worry, they’ll still get their daily walks, feeding and lots of love, but for their own safety and the safety of our other guests, they will be held separately to avoid any spread of illness or potential injury. We provide house meals daily, based on the dietary needs of your pet. However, if you require a specific diet or feeding routine, you’ll need to provide your own food for your pet. You may also bring your pets bedding, or special toys if you wish.

What will my pet eat?

-Your furry friend will eat health-conscious kibble and have access to purified tap water at all times. Guests who require specific types/brands of food should bring them with you to your drop-off appointment.

“I AM SO HAPPY! My baby Malcolm (12 year old beagle) had the best time staying with Tiffany and her family for the last week while my family and I were on vacation. I can say really, staying with Tiffany, Malcolm had his own wonderful vacation! I understand he got walked several times a day, played with other dogs and given homemade doggie treats and got to go for a swim in the baby pool. Tiffany sent me a bunch of photos showing him happy and playing and even smiling!!! As a doggy mom, I loved feeling at peace knowing Malcolm was safe and in excellent loving hands. We live in the city so New Year's Eve is always difficult for my baby since he is afraid of the fireworks. Due to the location of Tiffany's doggie "spa”. Malcolm was able to run around outside and also enjoy New Year's Eve - with a lot less scary noises Thank you to Tiffany and her family for taking such excellent care of Malcolm and pampering him with so much love, care and attention. I have NEVER SEEN such excellent care and love in doggie boarding. They are truly the best and I'm thrilled I found them. Malcolm came home very very happy!!! Both of us can't wait for my next trip out of town.”
