Lola is a husky-german shepard mix female between 1-2 years of age. She is a high-energy pup and super smart with the ability to learn new commands quickly. She does fine with other dogs and preliminary introductions to cats have gone well. She will do best with a strong leader who has breed experience, and will come with her own in-house training session for her new family to learn how best to manage her excess energy. Why do we charge an adoption fee (also called a rehoming fee)?

-Our rescue is funded entirely from our own pockets and nearly all of the animals coming to us are leaving difficult situations. We vet them, vaccinate them, alter them, and provide food, toys and training to make them the very best pet for you. We also maintain software for background checks, and followup to make sure we aren’t putting these amazing animals back into harms way. This involves many hours for their training and care, and for transportation to and from vet visits. Your adoption fee goes directly back into providing the same opportunities for other animals and almost always the same day an animal is adopted, we open the space for a new surrender who arrives within hours.
